Grand Jury Indicts Teenagers Accused of Vandalizing Vietnam Memorial 11/11/12

The four teenagers accused of vandalizing the Big Spring Vietnam Memorial are indicted by a grand jury.
According to the Big Spring Herald, all four are charged with criminal mischief of a public monument, a state jail felony.
Police say the four suspects caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
