Group Working to Make Midland 'No Kill' City 11/10/12

Midland - Midlanders came together today to help save animals from being put down.
Today was the first Animal Rescue Garage Sale at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church.
The group of animal lovers say today's event is another step towards making Midland a "no kill" city.
"It takes a lot of people like us to help, benefit them and fundraise for them in order to make that possible. That is very important to us and we are very passionate about that," organizer Natalie Cruz said.
All proceeds from the garage sale will benefit The Midland Humane Coalition, Critter Oasis of Monahans and Bully Beds of Midland.
