MIDLAND, TX - A new housing project coming to downtown Midland might be bringing some relief to the parking situation. The Wall Street Lofts are planned for Wall and Main Street in downtown and part of the project includes a parking structure. Because of a high demand for downtown parking, city leaders tell us they are working with the developer to have additional spaces to be used as public parking downtown. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.
