Austin Escapee Arrested In Odessa 11/9/12

Odessa)- U.S. Marshals, Odessa Police and DPS Troopers team up to arrest an Austin man wanted since February.
According to the U.S. Marshals Office, 34-year-old James Grimes, left a halfway house in Austin back in February and had not been found.
Marshals say that Police has received a tip that Grimes, who used to live in Odessa, was back.
They found him at the Sunchase Apartments in North Odessa, and when they confronted him, he took off.
He was arrested sometime later in a neighborhood near 91st and Lamar.
Grimes will be charged with escape.
