Police Search Marsh 3's Amarillo Office 11/8/12

Associated Press
November 8, 2012

AMARILLO - An attorney for Amarillo millionaire Stanley Marsh says police have searched his client's offices as part of a criminal investigation.

Kelly Utsinger told the Amarillo Globe-News for today's editions that
police searched Marsh's office late yesterday.

Lubbock County District Attorney Matt Powell, appointed special prosecutor in the case last month, said Thursday the investigation is ongoing. He declined further comment.

Police say some items were seized in the four-hour search but no one has
been arrested or charged.

A Houston attorney recently filed three lawsuits against Marsh that allege
he paid teenage boys for sex acts in his 12th-floor offices. Utsinger has said he will deny the suits' allegations in court.

Marsh was responsible for the planting of 10 Cadillacs nose down in a
Panhandle field decades ago.
