DETROIT - Owners of hundreds of thousands of Hyundai (HUHN'-day) and Kia vehicles sold in the past three years could be getting reimbursements --because the companies overstated the gas mileage on the vehicles.
The inflated mileage was uncovered in an audit of test results by the Environmental Protection Agency.
It's ordering the Korean automakers to replace the fuel economy stickers on the affected cars.
