Howard County Shooting Suspect Caught in San Angelo 10/31/12

Howard County - Weekend shooting suspect, Chris Marquez is now in custody of law enforcement.
According to Howard County Sheriff's Department, Marquez was found in San Angelo today.
An arrest warrant was issued for Marquez Monday by the Howard County Sheriff's Department. Marquez is believed to be involved in the weekend shooting that killed one man and injured another.
Thirty three year old, Luis Adolfo Pena was shot in the parking lot and later died at Scenic Mountain Medical Center Hospital.
The second shooting victim, 33- year-old Raul Mendez was later treated and released from the hospital.
