Monahans, TX - A West Texas petroleum co. denies claims that their trucks spilled oil on the road.
Ector County took legal action against Quell Petroleum Services out of Monahans after they say the company’s truck spilled oil on the road and led to several wrecks.
The company’s attorney responded to the suit, saying the truck in question was removed from service and is not being used at all.
