City of Midland Wins TATOA Awards 10/29/12

At the recent Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (TATOA) Conference held in San Antonio on October 25th, The City of Midland was presented with two awards. The city received 3rd place for "Best Use of Humor" from the online web series "Monthly Shorts" and the city also was awarded 3rd place for "Best Use of Web."
The Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors is a professional non-profit association dedicated to educating and training its membership in the development, regulation, and administration of cable television, internal communications networks, and other telecommunications systems in order to more efficiently serve the local government organization and the general public.
The TATOA Government Programming Awards are annual awards that recognize excellence in broadcast, cable, multimedia and electronic programming produced by local government agencies in Texas.
