National Organizations Honor a Local War Hero this Weekend 10/28/12

ODESSA, TX – U.S. Navy Veteran, Pvt. Lieutenant, Ronald Wayne Henderson was honored this weekend for his service to his country.
The Patriot Guard Riders and the Veterans of Foreign Wars stood tall and quiet at Pvt. Henderson's gravesite this Saturday.
Private Henderson passed away last Tuesday at Medical Center Hospital due to health complications. While in the U.S. Navy, Pvt. Henderson fought both in the Vietnam and the Korean War.
He was given the 21-Gun salute: the firing of firearms as a naval honor. Henderson is survived by his wife of 40 years and his 4 children.
