Midland, TX - A West Texas shelter is ramping up their publicity to make sure everyone in the community knows about their service
Safe Place of the Permian Basin is a shelter for domestic violence victims and their families.
The shelter is located in Midland but the center says their service is also available to people in Odessa or any of the surrounding communities.
