MIDLAND, TX - If you've driven on Highway 191 lately, you may have noticed a structure being built. Midland City leaders tell us it's a new water tower being built by the Midland County Fresh Water Supply District. We're told the water tower will be used to store water being transported from the City's T-Bar Ranch Well Field.
