Romney Erases Obama's Lead in the Women's Vote 10/25/12
TAMPA, Florida - A new Associated Press-GfK poll suggests Mitt Romney has erased President Barack Obama's advantage among women.
Obama has been renewing his pitch to female voters today. In the midst of a marathon, cross-country campaign trip, he made a veiled reference to Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock's comment that pregnancies resulting from rape are "something God intended."
Obama says as long as he's president, women will be able to make their own health care decisions.
Obama's team is intensifying its criticism of Romney for refusing to withdraw support for Mourdock. Romney appears in a television advertisement on Mourdock's behalf.
Obama's morning rally in Tampa, Fla., kicked off the second day of his 40-hour battleground state blitz.
Romney is making stops in Ohio today.
