Vehicle Stuck on Rail Road Tracks-Foot Pursuit Arrest 10/25/2012

At around 1:00 this morning, a car was reported stuck on the railroad track crossing at Foster and Murphy.
Upon arrival, OPD officers found a white 1996 Ford Crown Victoria parked on the railroad tracks.
A man and a woman were standing by the car, and, as the officers approached, the man grabbed the woman and took off running.
The woman was able to get loose from the man, and the officers ran after and caught him.
He is identified as 24-year-old Angel Miguel Diaz. He was charged with evading arrest, misdemeanor 'A' and park on railroad tracks, misdemeanor 'C' and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
