Midland City Council Defers RSP's Drilling Request 10/23/12

MIDLAND, TX – City Council voted unanimously this morning to defer the controversial RSP Permian drilling request in the northwest part of the city. The permit will go before Council at their November 13, 2012 meeting.
In addition, Council approved for the City Manager to go out for bids for a project that would extend Tradewinds Blvd. from the Sports Complex to Business 20.
