Apparent Rooftop Standoff of Midland Man 10/22/12

A man was on the roof of a house at 4400 St. Andrews Street, near Midland Drive.
When they arrived they found a 31-year-old man on the roof of a home with a knife.
Midland Police tell us that we then approached him, he apparently cut his arms and neck with a knife.
Traffic was blocked off temporarily.
Two police officers were treated for blood exposure, which is standard procedure when officers come into contact with blood.
