ODESSA, TX- The Permian Basin Regional Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse has teamed with ECISD in Odessa to help kick off Red Ribbon Week, Oct 22rd - 31st.
The mission of the Red Ribbon Campaign is to present a unified and visible commitment towards the creation of a DRUG-FREE AMERICA.
This event will take place on the front steps of the Administration Building.
There will be performances by the Choir from Austin Elementary, OHS Showgirls, OHS Drum Line, and special appearances by ECISD Superintendent, Phil Chalmers, City Council Woman Barbara Graff, Chamber Ambassadors, and the X-Out Youth Leadership Coalition.
