BIG SPRING, TX - According to the Big Spring Herald, the Big Spring ISD is need of more teachers.
Most school districts in west Texas have seen an increase in students.
Now the school district is in need of more teachers to stay in line with the school student- teacher ratio.
At the Big Spring ISD board meeting, the trustees discussed options to solve the problem. One of which included filling out a waiver request of the class -size requirement from the Texas Education Agency.
