Odessa Man Arrested on Domestic Violence Charge 10/13/12

ODESSA, TX - Today, there was a heavy police presence outside of Windchase Town homes on Tanglewood in Odessa.
Odessa police say the arrested 19-year-old Tyler Trogden in connection with a domestic violence charge.
Trogden is charged with assault family violence; this is a class A misdemeanor.
Witnesses say several police cars came to the complex earlier this morning. They say police held Trogden on the ground and handcuffed him.
