ANDREWS COUNTY, TX A new community center is coming to the county of Andrews.
The center will be at B&B Park in southwest Andrews on the 500 block of Southwest 13.
County commissioners say that the park was an extremely deteriorated and only had cement picnic tables. They say the community center will be a great addition to the park, which was recently remodeled.
Its time for a building to be replaced over there, Jim Waldrop County Commissioner.
The center cost $350,000 to build. The county paid for it from Waste Control Services revenue of $638,000 payment, which is from 5% revenue from waste site.
