Alleged Midland County Dog Shooter Out of Jail 10/10/12

MIDLAND COUNTY, TX – Midland County Sheriff’s Office says that the Midland man who allegedly shot his neighbors dog is now out of jail.
They say that Stanley Atnipp posted a $25,000 bond and turned in his weapons to the Sheriff’s department. Atnipp must also wear a leg monitor.
Midland County Sheriff officials say that Atnipp has not given an official statement.
