Man Dead After Falling From Balcony 10/9/12

MIDLAND, TX – A man is dead after falling from a second story balcony. According to Midland Police, it happened around 11pm yesterday. Police say 24-year-old Joshua Aguerro was dead when they arrived on scene at the Vintage Apartments. Police say Aguerro and his girlfriend were drinking in their second floor apartment when Aguerro went out to the balcony, attempted to climb onto the roof of the complex, slipped and fell to his death.
Midland Police do not suspect foul play.
