Midland - A Midland man is wearing an ankle bracelet while he awaits further court action for reportedly killing a neighbor's dog and threatening a neighbor.
Stanley Atnipp is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty against a non-livestock animal.
His bond totals $75,000. Judge David Cobos ruled that Atnipp would wear the electronic ankle bracelet until further court action.
Marv Esterly says Atnipp shot his dog for no reason.
Another neighbor says Atnipp threatened to shoot her when she tried to stop him from shooting the dog.
CBS7 News tried to contact Atnipp but got no response.
