Andrews - The Andrews Fire Training Facility project has been delayed again.
Fire officials say the walls of facility cannot be put up until an error with the foundation is corrected.
The $500,000 training building was anticipated to be complete by July, but the building company could not find contractors for the initial foundation installation.
