UPDATE: Fatal Wreck On Yukon and West Loop 338 10/2/12
DPS tells CBS 7 the driver of the 18 wheeler turned onto the southbound lane of West Loop 338 from Yukon and failed to yield the right of way.
The black Ford pick-up smashed into the 18 wheeler. The driver of the pick-up passed away all of the other passengers were unharmed.
The investigation is still on-going.

Odessa, Tx. - CBS 7 has confirmed the wreck is a fatal.
DPS and The Ector County Sherrif's Department are on the scene of a two vehicle collision on West Loop 338 and Yukon in Odessa has confirmed it is fatal.
At this time The Sheriff's Department is redirecting traffic. Northbound lanes of the loop are open. The Yukon Access onto the loop is closed.
Our crew on the scene tell us the wreck involved a black pickup truck and an 18 wheeler.
