Ector County Files Lawsuit Against Trucking Company Accused of Illegal Dumping 9/28/12

Ector County has filed another lawsuit against a trucking company accused of illegal dumping.
According to the lawsuit, the county claims Aranda's trucking has been dumping waste in an unlicensed and unlined landfill in West Odessa.
The "illegal landfill" property is owned by Aranda.
The suit states Ector County Environmental Enforcement caught one employee dumping a truck of debris at the site.
The owner of the company claims he did not know it was illegal to dump on his property.
The county is asking the company to remove all trash from the site.
