Search For Missing Houston Woman Continues 9/28/12

CBS7 News

Houston - The search for answers continues after a Houston woman goes missing while her estranged boyfriend drives to Odessa.

The Associated Press reports 31-year-old Michelle Warner was last seen at her Houston apartment on Saturday where she lived with her estranged boyfriend, Mark Castellano and their son, Cayden.

Around 10:00AM Saturday, Castellano is said to have told authorities that after he had a fight with Warner, he left with Cayden for Odessa.

Stefanie Helton, a friend of Michelle's said that Michelle's family members told her that Castellano got angry and threw a cat against a wall, then hit Michelle before leaving the apartment. Helton also said that Michelle's family were told by detectives that bleach stains leading from the bedroom throughout the living room and out the front door were found, reports KENS news.

The Houston Police Dept. would not confirm that information, although they did say that Michelle's computer was missing.

Castellano said he took the computer so he could get some information from it, reports ABC news.

Michelle is 5'6" tall, 125 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. She has a dolphin tattoo on the back of her shoulder and a butterfly tattoo on one foot.

Anyone with information about Michelle's disappearance is encouraged to contact the Houston Police Department missing persons unit by phone at 713-731-5332.

Equusearch volunteers put up fliers around the complex and Houston Police say they have not found any signs of foul play.

Investigators tell KHOU that Castellano is being cooperative and is not considered a suspect.
