Fort Stockton, Tx. - A water study may soon be in the works in Ft. Stockton.
This comes after the city of Fort Stockton's Mayor proposed selling groundwater to Odessa.
The study is to determine the water quality of the Capitan Reef Aquifer, so officials can decide whether to build a pipeline from Fort Stockton to Odessa.
The Odessa Development Corporation will vote on a resolution to fund the project today during a special meeting.
