Judge Declares Mistrial in Odessa Capital Murder Case 9/26/12

An Odessa murder trial will start all over again after a judge declares a mistrial.
According to the Ector County District Attorney's Office, a judge declared a mistrial in the case of Leroy Alaniz due to an issue with a juror.
Alaniz is charged with the 1991 capital murder of Larry Willsey.
The trial has been reset for October 30th.
