MIDLAND, TX – An exciting project is now underway in the Tall City. The developer has broken ground on the "Gateway Plaza" at Loop 250 and Highway 80 in Midland. The new shopping center will be home to the Cinergy Cinemas theater complex as well as shopping and dining. The real estate group for the property tells us, Phase 1 of the project, which includes the movie theater is expected to be completed by the Spring.
