Ector County Makes Arrests for Illegal Dumping 9/26/12

Odessa, TX - Ector County continues to take illegal dumping seriously.
The Ector County Environmental Enforcement department says it's a problem everyone should take seriously.
Officers with the department made one arrest yesterday and have several others they are working on.
They say no matter how big or small they are taking action in nearly every case.
