Monahans, TX - A Monahan’s company that is partially owned by Monahans Mayor David Cutbirth is still waiting on a lawsuit from Ector County.
Quell Petroleum out of Monahans is being sued by Ector County for a truck that leaked oil and led to several accidents in both Midland and Ector County.
The law firm handling the case says they are still waiting on the citations from Travis County before they serve the suit.
Mayor Cutbirth says the faulty truck has already been repaired.
