ODESSA, TX - Tomorrow Odessa City Council will discuss authorizing the use of eminent domain to facilitate further construction on John Ben Shepperd Parkway.
If they decide on eminent domain, it will help right-of-way easement on the part of the extended street south from Interstate 30 to FM 3503.
The meeting will be at 6:00pm on Tuesday at the City Council Chambers.
