ODESSA, TX - Ector County is looking into another environmental lawsuit against a major business.
The county is preparing to go to court against Holloman Corporation. The case is pending in the 244th District Court of Ector County.
County Judge Susan M. Redford says they will decide on further legal action during executive session, at Ector County Commissioners Court today.
The meeting is at 1010 East 8th St. It starts at 10 am today.
