Local Martial Arts Team Goes to World Cup 09/22/2012

Odessa – A local martial arts group makes it to the world Cup and is going overseas to compete.
Members at Jones Taekwondo Studios in Odessa are continuing with practice in order to win this big this September.
The team is composed of members of all ages and professional backgrounds. Only 15 of them made it to the world cup making the West Texas team them biggest group of athlete’s nation-wide heading to England.
I wish them good luck and they have worked hard to be where they are right now,” says Erin Jones, Martial Arts Athlete.
Both coach and students say just making it to the world cup is a great accomplishment.
