The Flu Hits The Permian Basin 9/21/12

MIDLAND, TX – According to Midland health officials, the first cases of flu are here in the Permian Basin.
Health officials say that the flu has come earlier than expected, due to changes caused by H1-N1.
They say that symptoms of the flu and West Nile are very similar.
Health officials recommend getting a flu shot early on and to go to your local medical physicians if you think you have the flu.
