PDAP Student Survey Reveals #1 Drug of Choice 9/20/12

The Midland Coalition has been busy talking to our students about using drugs, alcohol and tobacco along with any violence they have experienced.
While officials report prescription drug use and synthetic marijuana use are up.
Coalition officials say we're headed in the right direction in other areas like alcohol prevention.
Overall, students also reported feeling safer at school.
Over 3,000 Midland County students were surveyed this year in grades 6 through 12.
Based on the findings, the coalition will work on the best plan of action to help combat substance abuse in the community.
