Coahoma - Every mom will be the first to tell you they have the cutest kid around, but what if the rest of America agreed?
This is true for one west Texas family.
Misti Muller submitted a photo of her 4-year-old son Kobi months ago in a nationwide contest and nearly forgot about it; until two weeks ago when a distant thought became a reality.
"Here we are, we won!" Muller said.
Kobi and his mom live in Coahoma where they moved for a better life.
"I moved to Coahoma because I wanted my kids to go to school at Coahoma because it's smaller and I know a lot of the teachers," Muller said.
Being a single mother of three boys isn't easy, but Muller has her family rallying behind her to ensure her sons have a good life.
"It's a group effort, that's why my kids are so happy. But small town is better for us," she said.
Kobi was named America's cutest kid on ‘Live! with Kelly and Michael.’ all because of one picture.
"I sent in a picture online several months back and I honestly forgot about it and then they called," Muller said.
Being cute has its payoff. The family won a cruise and a brand new car.
"Having a no car payment will be pretty wonderful," Muller said. "I’m a proud mama...proud mama."
Muller will get her new car in the next few days, which Kobi wants flames to be painted on it.
