Cost For New Water Treatment Could See A 4.3 Million Dollar Price Tag 9/18/12

Andrews Tx. - A new water treatment system is costing more that what one West Texas city first estimated.
According to the Andrews County News, The City of Andrews is looking into using an Actiflo System to remove Arsenic and Fluoride from the Municipal Water Supply.
The costs of the system is in the range of 4.3 Million Dollars which includes a new building along with the filtration system.
The council is increasing the water rate by two dollars to help with the costs and is expected to raise again next year.
