Monahans Man Pleads Guilty to Videotaping Women at Odessa Tanning Salon 9/17/12

Ector County District Attorney, Bobby Bland, issues the following statement:
Today, Allen Ray Steen pled guilty to the offense of Improper Photography or Visual Recording and received a sentence of 2 years probation. The charges stem from videotaping females at a local tanning salon in 2009. This agreement was made with the victims’ consent in these cases. He was originally convicted of Possession of Child Pornography in Federal Court, which was subsequently overturned on appeal.
