MONAHANS, TX - Monahans school district will be looking for ways to relieve the growth of student enrollment...
The Monahans-Wicket-Pyote independent school district has seen over 140 new students this year.
Superintendent Keith Richardson says the district will have to add two more teachers at Cullender kindergarten and four more classrooms to both Cullender and Tatom elementary to handle the extra students.
School board members will go into more detail about how to handle the districts growth in their next meeting.
