Power Outages In Odessa Effects 1,200 People 9/15/12

ODESSA,TX - ONCOR officials say that all power is now restored after a outage in Odessa.
Sue Mercer with ONCOR says the power outage in Odessa was caused by a failed underground dip & a failed breaker.
Officials say that 1,200 people were effected by the outage.
They say this was the reason for street lights not working on JBS Parkway & University.

ODESSA, TX - Officials with Oncor say at about 8:30 this morning around 2100 customers lost power in Odessa from a failed feeder breaker.
Most have been restored but crews are working to restore power to the remaining customers.
