Midland Crime Stoppers Seeks Funds to Combat Increasing Number of Fugitives 9/8/12

Midland – The Midland Crime Stoppers made a garage sale to continue helping the community.
The fundraiser collected funds to support Midland Crime Stoppers' efforts in capturing fugitives. We are told that with the city's growth the number of fugitives have increased. Donations came from the community and board members.
“This fundraiser is from Crime Stoppers. It benefits the program since we are a non-profit organization. We asked the public to donate and that also came from the board members,” said Midland Crime Stoppers, Executive Director, Angie Valenzuela.
Midland Crime Stoppers members hope next years garage sale is as successful as the one today.
