MIDLAND, TX – Some more housing relief might be coming to Tall City. Several housing projects are on the agenda for next Tuesday’s City Council meeting. A new apartment complex planned for downtown called the “Wall Street Lofts,” and hundreds of new homes for Betenbough’s “Legends Park,” are both up for approval.
