Alon Offering Shares Of West Texas Refinery 9/6/12

Big Spring, Tx. - An oil and gas company will hold an initial public offering of shares of its refinery in West Texas.
Alon USA created a unit called "Alon Partnersz" to hold the refinery in Big Spring.
Alon will offer shares of the new unit.
The company has applied to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol ALDW.
