Monahans - Parents of Monahans Varsity volleyball players are concerned after methods used by their head coach.
Monahans ISD has confirmed with CBS 7 that after not doing well in a tournament, the coach had the team go to a tennis court remove their shoes and socks and run on the hot court.
Witnesses say the players got blisters on their feet from running and the players had to compete in more games after.
The school district says that disciplinary measures will be taken and the coach is still employed by the district.
