Construction Workers File Wage Claims With State of Texas 8/30/12

Midland, TX - There are new details in a story we brought you earlier this week. Some Midland construction workers are taking their complaints to the state after claiming that the man they were working for did not pay them.
The Texas Workforce Commission says that in the past week 2 claims have been filed against Above & Beyond construction out of Amarillo.
One of the claims is for $6,580 and the other states they are owed $8,441.50.
Other workers we spoke to say they are waiting to see if the company will pay them before taking any action.
The owner of Above & Beyond, Terry Davis, says that the workers will be paid by the end of the week.
