Low Income Apartments Coming To The Tall City 08/29/12

MIDLAND, TX – Midland City Council have approved funding for a much needed affordable housing project. Council approved over $200,000 for a public improvement agreement with Playa del Pueblo for a low-income apartment complex to be located at Terrell Street and Interstate 20 in Midland.
The complex will consist of 96 units and is partially funded by a state grant for affordable housing. The complex will be available for families making less than 60% of the area's median family income, which is $41,660 in Midland.
