Monahans - Work crews in Monahans are working to fix a telecommunications outage.
According to the Monahans News, all telecommunication services have been down since 11:00AM, including all cell phones, land lines and ATM's.
New word yet on when the outage should be fixed, but stay tuned to CBS7 and CBS7.com for any developments.
