Midland Co. Deputies Investigate Overnight Shooting 8/23/12

Midland, TX - A man is hospitalized after an overnight shooting in Midland County.
The Midland County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of FM 307.
Sheriff Gary Painter tells us they are still doing some interviews, questioning witnesses and trying to gather all the facts in the case.
Painter tells us, so far, no arrests have been made and they are still investigating.
The victim's condition is unknown, but he is hospitalized, and so far, is expected to survive.
